Snatch 20kg 4 mins 16rpm
Jerk Assist: 2 x 28kg, 1 x 15, 1 x 10
Swing Assist 32kg, 2 x 15/15
Farmer's Hold 2 x 32kg, 2 x 45sec
COC #1 1 x 10/10
Back Bridge wall walk 1 x 10

will get the jerk set tomorrow for longer and try the 24s for the snatch. Tech is getting better.
