Afternoon Session:
Interval Spinning Class: 1 hour
Run: 1 mile
(legs cramped up)
Use a foam roller, then sauna, then hot and cold shower*

Some of the gadgets I used: Hang Ups, Indian Clubs, Massage Stick, JumpSoles, Tennis balls for trigger points and t-spine mobility.
